7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

For eligible requests, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. In most cases, you will not need to return the item. We may request your order number, photos, or a short video to review the request.

Please do not discard, alter, or damage an item unless our support team gives you written instructions.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 60 calendar days after delivery.

Please email us your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video when possible. We may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

60-Day Limited Warranty

VOXO watches are covered by a 60-Day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, beginning on the delivery date.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, unauthorized repairs, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind requests, including preference, style, appearance, fit, or comfort.

For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, we will review the request and may send a replacement.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order or correct an address. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order enters fulfillment or ships.
